Full‑grain vegetable‑tanned leather is a premium natural leather made from high‑grade cowhide, tanned with plant extracts without harmful chemical additives. It features a soft texture, unique natural grain, and will develop a rich, warm patina over time with use — making every SenaBag one‑of‑a‑kind and more beautiful with age.

2. How do I maintain my vegetable‑tanned leather bag?

Avoid long‑term exposure to direct sunlight, high temperature, and rain/water soaking.
Gently wipe dust with a dry soft cotton cloth regularly; for stains, use a small amount of neutral leather cleaner (avoid alcohol/bleach).
Apply professional leather care cream every 1–2 months to keep the leather soft and moisturized.
Store in the dust bag when not in use, keep it in a dry and ventilated place.

 

3. Do you offer custom or personalized services?

Yes. We provide simple personalized customization, such as engraved initials on the bag corner or hardware. Please leave your customization requirements in the order note, or contact our customer service via info@senabag.com for details.

 

4. What payment methods do you support?

5. What is your shipping policy & delivery time?

Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, covering North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
Processing Time: 1–3 working days for order confirmation and handmade production.
Delivery Time: 7–15 working days via international express (4PX/USPS/DHL/UPS/EMS), depending on your destination country.
We will send you a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

 

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer a 30‑day hassle‑free return & exchange policy:
Return/exchange is available for unused, undamaged products with original packaging.
For quality problems (e.g., stitching defects, hardware damage), we bear the return shipping cost.
For personal reasons, buyers need to bear the return shipping cost. Please contact customer service before returning.

 

7. Is your leather genuine? Does it cause allergies?

All SenaBag products use 100% genuine full‑grain vegetable‑tanned cowhide, no artificial leather or synthetic materials. The plant‑tanning process is non‑toxic and low‑allergy, suitable for most people with sensitive skin.

 

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled or modified for free within 24 hours of placement. If the order has entered production or shipping, modification/cancellation is not supported. Please contact customer service promptly for assistance.

 

9. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your package is lost, stolen, or severely damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery confirmation, provide photos of the damaged package/items and the tracking number. We will arrange a full refund or free re‑delivery for you.
